  • What is InsproKids?
    InsproKids is a subscription box for awesome kids. Connecting fun'n play to future careers, it enhances kids’ creativity, inspires them to discover talent, ignite passion, and acquire skills that are relevant for careers of the future.
  • What ages is InsproKids for?
    InsproKids is designed for kids 9-14 years in age. How your kids engage with InsproKids will depend on their age, of course. If your kiddo is 6 or 7, they may choose shorter projects and make simpler customizations. It's best if a parent or teacher can be around to help, especially at first. Older kids will move through the projects faster and need less help.
  • Can teenagers or adults learn to code with InsproKids?
    Absolutely. A lot of teenagers and grownups have learned new technology skills from InsproKids and enjoyed it! InsproKids is a wonderful stepping stone for any one interested in learning new skills that will be more relevant in the future. If you have a kid, learning side-by-side with them is a great way to do it.
  • How much time does each box take to complete?
    The time to complete can vary for each project and each child, but expect to need up to a couple of hours for completion of the main projects, additional modifications, experiments, and extension activities. Many of our box also come with bonus content activities with even more fun and learning! Note from CEO, Some items are not only made for building, their are many items within the box that are for use that helps with the profession chosen.
  • How are InsproKids boxes designed?
    InsproKids boxes are designed by a team of experts, which including educators, technologists and child development professionals. They are reviewed by our advisory board which includes highly respected professionals in education, technology, developmental psychology and science to ensure we’re delivering developmentally appropriate and enriching projects. Finally, every box theme is rigorously tested with kids to ensure that projects are engaging, fun and universally appealing, and to ensure that the instructions are clear and easy to understand. We go through this design process every month to ensure that your child has the most innovative projects delivered right to your doorstep.
  • What are InsproKids safety testing guidelines?
    All of our projects have been rigorously tested and have passed all safety standards for their designed age group . As parents ourselves, we understand the importance of product quality and it’s something we at InsproKids take incredibly seriously. Above all, the safety of the kids who use and play with our products is our highest priority.
  • How long will it take to receive my first InsproKids box?
    We'll ship your first box within a week of receiving your order. You'll receive a tracking number when it goes out! Boxes within the contiguous US are typically delivered within 5-7 days.
  • When will I be billed/subscription renewed?
    If you ordered InsproKids through our website, you'll be renewed on the anniversary of your order. For example, if you bought a month-to-month InsproKids subscription on July 10th, your subscription would renew on August 10th. If you bought a three month InsproKids subscription on July 10th, your subscription would renew for another three months on October 10th. If you ordered InsproKids on Amazon or any other online platform, you will be billed each time we ship a box. This will happen within 3 days of your original order, or within 3 days of the anniversary of your order.
  • I want to try it first. How can I order a single box?
    You can sign up for a month-to-month subscription, get your first box, and try it. If your kid doesn't like it, you can cancel at any time.
  • Can I order now and have my first box delivered later?
    We'd love to help make sure your boxes arrive closer to when you need them. To order a subscription with delayed delivery, please give us a call on 858-284-9594 to place your order over the phone.
  • Can I have the first box shipped to one address and the remainder shipped to a different address?
    Sure thing! Please place your order with the shipping address you'd like the first box sent to, then send an email to hello@insprokids.com with the address you'd like the remainder of the boxes sent.
  • Can I buy a non-renewing subscription as a gift?
    All of our subscriptions do automatically renew by default. However, you are welcome to cancel future renewals at any time. Also, take a look at our shop to see if any of our one-time-purchase options are right for you!
  • Do you ship to Canada? What about other countries?
    For countries outside the U.S.A., additional shipping charges will be applied at checkout. The cost ranges from $10US per month to $20US per month, depending on the level of your subscription. Or you can choose the digital delivery option, where shipping is always free. All prices on our website are charged in USD. Your credit card company will convert the US price into your country's currency at the current currency rate at the time of payment.
  • Why monthly subscription?
    InsproKids works best with our monthly subscription box. Think of them like craft projects. Kids get introduced to new hobbies, and skills one month at a time. The fact that it arrives in the mail every month keeps your kid coming back for more, and it provides feature learning, activities, and encouragement —without more screen time.
  • Can I return my InsproKids Boxes?
    Unfortunately, we're unable to accept returns on any product that has already been shipped. We're also unable to refund unshipped products if you cancel your subscription midterm. You can cancel your subscription renewals at any time. You will still receive all of the shipments that you've already paid for, but you will not be charged for future boxes.
  • What if I want to cancel my subscription? How does that work?
    It's easy! If you ordered directly from InsproKids website, login to your account and click the cancel button next to your subscription. We'll walk you through a short survey, and then the cancellation will get underway. (Please note that it can take up to 48 hours to process.) If you ordered through Amazon, you can cancel your subscription through your Amazon account. When you're logged in, hover over the "Accounts & Lists" tab while signed into your Amazon account. Click on "Memberships and Subscriptions" from the drop down list. Find your InsproKids subscription and click the "Manage Subscription" button. This will bring up all your subscription details and you can change any shipping or payment info, or click "End subscription" to cancel the subscription. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time—meaning we will cancel the next automatic renewal of the subscription. We will continue to ship all of the boxes that you've already paid for.   • How do I report a problem with the box I received?
    We’re sorry that you’ve encountered an issue with one of our boxes. We strive to ensure top quality for every box. If you have encountered an issue such as missing or lost instructions or damaged items, please contact us on hello@insprokids.com.
  • Who are you guys?
    InsproKids was started by two awesome 12-year old twins Saadi and Hadi Sufian with their aunt in San Diego. It was a fun weekend when the young entrepreneurs and their young-at-heart aunt put their hearts and minds together to create a business that would connect fun n'play to teaching future ready skills for kids. The world is changing around us and leaders of the future will need a completely new set of skills. That is why we think it is important to help kids discover their talents, find new passion and try new hobbies, all while learning skills that would be relevant for the future.

    Inspro comes from the word inspiration or "inspo". But we are the BEST subscription box for kids. Our boxes are fun, exciting, or pro, as in insPRO.
